Why did we create the Guaranteed Sale Program?
All of our real estate services are risk-free and guaranteed. The biggest problem for anyone looking to buy a home is that you already own one. This can be a problem, becuase if you buy before selling, you end up owning two homes, and if you sell before buying, you end up homeless.
We can ensure that you never get stuck in owning two homes or none at all.
How it works:
When you list your home for sale with us, we will give you a written
guarantee on your home so you can make a FIRM offer on another. This
Guarantee will be a fully executed Sales Agreement so you have the
assurance that if your home doesn't sell within a specified period of time
(A 150-180 marketing period )
, we
will buy it for CASH! (YES, we'll put it in writing!)
Should we sell your home during that time for a higher amount than the
Guarantee, you get that amount, not us!
*Conditions and restrictions apply. Not all properties qualify for the Guaranteed Sale Program. In addition to normal selling fees and expenses there is a 2% fee for the Guaranteed Sale Program.
